How do I return an item?

It is our hope and intention that you are completely satisfied with BodyHelix products and whilst we receive very few returns we are pleased to detail below our return policy for clarity.

Please be advised the following is required to return a product:

  • Notice via Email or phone quoting order number and reason for return
  • Original packaging
  • The product must be clean and unused, apart from fitting
  • A Return Authorization Number - this should be included in the package
  • Royal Mail Signed for Service - this ensures the package can be tracked and will be refunded upon receipt

Refunds will be made back to the same payment method as used on the original order as soon as the product is returned and processed and no later than 30 days from the first record of intention to return/cancel the order. We are sorry but we cannot refund the return postage for international (non UK) sales.

Wrong Size - If you determine a different size is needed please contact us immediately to express your wish for a replacement either via email or phone, referencing your order number.

Return - Should you decide the items do not suit your needs you may cancel within 14 days of receipt of the products. You must contact us immediately stating your intention to return the items for a full refund.

Faulty Product - In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately so that we can determine if a replacement is due. This would be on a case by case basis.
